"Useful site, but maybe it’s just me noticing slower updates"
I use songsterr regularly, the tabs are super handy. Maybe it’s just me, but it feels like new songs or updated versions take a while to show up. Some tabs seem to stay the same for ages. I still find the site really useful, I just wish the content got refreshed a bit more often.

"Pretty accurate for casual playing"
Most of the tabs line up with the songs well, at least for learning or playing along at home. I’d probably double-check a few parts if I were trying to perform it exactly, but for casual practice, they’ve been solid

"Nice tab view options, honestly useful"
I’ve been using Songsterr for practicing, and yeah, I really like that I can tweak the tab view a little. Being able to zoom in or switch the layout makes it way easier to read, especially when I’m trying to follow along without squinting. And dark mode... that’s a big plus at night.
It’s not like you can customize every tiny thing, though. I do catch myself wishing there were more color options or maybe different fonts, just to make it feel a bit more personal. But for what I actually need, which is just sitting down and practicing songs, the visual settings are solid enough

"Pretty solid once you find the songs you want"
I’ve been using this for a while and overall it’s been helpful. The tabs are easy to follow, and when the song is available, it’s a nice way to learn without having to jump around a bunch of random sites. The app itself feels decent too, and I like having everything in one place. That said, after paying for it, it’s a little disappointing to search for certain songs and find that they’re either missing or blocked because of licensing. It doesn’t ruin the whole thing, but it definitely takes some of the shine off.

"Good site, but review edits could be clearer"
I use songsterr often for guitar tabs, and overall it’s been great. Easy player to follow. Most of the songs I’ve tried are close enough that I can actually learn from them without too much guessing.

The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is the edit moderation side. When I send in fixes, it’s not always obvious why something gets approved or rejected. A few more notes from moderators would help a lot. Still, super useful site.

"Tabs are easy to follow, even when I’m in a hurry"
The notation is clear and easy to read, which I appreciate when I’m trying to get through things quickly. Some sections do feel a little cramped though, so I had to slow down a bit to make sure I was reading them right

"Useful, but the catalog feels a bit neglected"
Songsterr is handy, and I do find a lot of the big popular songs on there. But the catalog is really hit or miss. Smaller bands and older tracks are often missing, and sometimes it feels like that part of the app has been handled kind of carelessly, like nobody’s really keeping an eye on what’s missing. It’s not bad overall, I just wish they put a little more care into expanding and maintaining the selection.

"Easy at first, but the tabs got confusing"
At first, it felt easy to use and I was getting around without much trouble. But this is where it got annoying: once I started opening more tabs, things got confusing fast. I kept losing track of where I was, and it made the whole experience feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

"I like that it does work offline..."
I like that it does work offline, but it’s not always the smoothest experience, sometimes it loads fine and other times it feels a bit clunky or unpredictable and I end up having to mess with it more than I expected

"Works fine, just caught me at the wrong time"
Printing tabs was easy and worked like it should, and the export feature was fine too. I was just kind of in a rush when I needed it, so the lack of a few extra export formats annoyed me more than it probably would’ve otherwise.

"Better Than Most Tab Apps I’ve Tried"
I’ve used a bunch of tab apps and sites before, and this one made practicing feel easier. The tabs were mostly accurate, which is more than I can say for a lot of the ones out there. Not perfect every single time, but definitely helpful enough that I kept coming back to practice.

"Good tabs, but the ads can get old"
I like the tabs overall and they do what I need, but the ads pop up a little too often sometimes. It’s not a dealbreaker, just kind of annoying when I’m trying to focus. Compared to some other ones I’ve used, it’s better in a few ways, but...

"It works fine most days, but every…"
It works fine most days, but every now and then some songs lag or freeze for a bit, which gets kind of irritating. I tried asking support about it once and just kept getting transferred around, which made it more annoying than the actual issue. Overall it’s not bad, but it could definitely be smoother.

"Really easy to make small tab fixes"
I’ve been using Songsterr for a while, and one thing I really appreciate is how simple it is to submit fixes without it feeling like some big complicated process. I made a small correction to a bass part, and even as someone who doesn’t do this all the time, it was straightforward to figure out.

I also reached out once just to make sure I wasn’t missing anything, and support basically said something like, “just submit the edit and the community process takes it from there,” which matched how it felt. Not every tab is perfect, but it’s nice seeing people slowly improve songs over time.

"Worth It for Practicing Tricky Parts"
I upgraded to the songsterr subscription after using the free tabs for a while, i’m glad I did. The slow-down feature and looping small sections are super helpful, especially when there’s one little riff or timing change I keep messing up. I use it almost every day, usually just for 10 or 15 minutes at a time, so the price feels reasonable to me. Not every tab is 100% perfect, but most are close enough that I can learn the song without getting frustrated. Overall, I’m happy with it for what I’m paying.

"Easy to cancel, no surprises"
I used Songsterr for a little while, then canceled once I didn’t really need it anymore. it was super straightforward — the billing was clear, and the cancel button wasn’t hidden somewhere weird, which I really appreciate 🙂 No surprise charges popped up afterward either. Overall, just a simple and fair experience

"Works Fine, but the Tabs Could Be Easier"
Overall, it works okay, but I think a lot of customers might find the tabs a little frustrating to scroll through at times. It’s not a dealbreaker, just something that could be smoother

"Helpful support when I needed it"
I had a small problem using tabs with my screen reader, so I reached out to support. They replied quickly and walked me through the fix, which made everything work a lot better. I’m really glad they listened and took it seriously.

"Signup was fine, but login was a bit clunky 🙂"
Signing up was easy and everything does work, but the login process took me a minute to figure out. It just felt a little clunky 😅

"I had a small issue with my account…"
I had a small issue with my account, so I sent a message to support not really expecting much. To my surprise, they got back to me really quickly and fixed everything without making it a hassle. It’s so refreshing when a site actually responds and helps you out. Easy 5 stars from me!

Most of the tabs are wrong. You don't even have to look at them to realize it. Whoever transcribed them must be deaf.
